If you suspect your package is LOST or STOLEN, please use the insurance that you paid for “Route Package Protection” to file a claim. You received a confirmation email from “Route” immediately after you checkout with a link to file a claim. Route allows up to 30 days to file your claim, In case you can’t find the link here it is below:
- Once we get your returned item(s) in new/unworn conditions with tags and original packaging, unworn and odor free. Store Credits and granted for special circumstances and ALL eligible store credit EXPIRES after 60 days from the issued date. Items purchased with store credit are FINAL SALE.
- Store credits are processed in a timely manner, with a 10% Restock Fee.
Please ensure shipping address and email address are accurate at checkout (Our system automatically sync & ships to the shipping address provided at checkout).
- ALL sales are final. Due to hygiene purposes, there are no exchanges on intimate items such as swimsuits, thong bodysuits or any items that comes into contact with the genitalia. Please select sizes and colors carefully when choosing an item (Please read item description).

We DO NOT accept returns on any items that have been washed, worn, or have tags removed from original packaging.
